Pricing questions
Is there really a free plan?
Yes. Free is free forever, with no trial clock and no card required to start: you can collect reviews, import by CSV and show the core widgets at no cost. Starter and Growth are separate, and each comes with a 14-day free trial if you want to try the paid features.
Why flat pricing instead of charging per order?
Because a charge that grows with every order you collect punishes you for succeeding. A flat monthly plan is predictable, and your bill does not balloon as your store grows.
What are AI credits?
AI credits power optional features like review summaries, reply drafts and smart import. Free includes none, Starter 30 a month and Growth 150. They reset monthly, and everything else keeps working when they run out.
Can I change plan or cancel any time?
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade or cancel whenever you like. Changes apply straight away and you keep your reviews.
Does paying change my rating?
Never. Paying changes your features, not your score. We do not remove reviews or boost ratings for money, and we say so publicly. Your rating is computed from real reviews.
