Verified purchase. Matched to a real fulfilled order at this store. The highest trust, and it cannot be faked.
Verified client. Invited by the business to a client it already knows, proven by a signed single-use link. No order is involved, so it is labelled as its own tier rather than dressed up as a purchase.
Imported. Brought across from another platform and tagged with where it came from. Never presented as verified by us, whatever the source claimed.
Unverified. Written without an order or an invitation behind it. Clearly labelled, published in full, and counted exactly the same as every other review.
Integrity
Businesses cannot delete or hide reviews
A business can reply to any review and can flag one that breaks the rules, but a flag goes to our neutral moderation, never an automatic removal. Paying us changes features, never a score.
No pay to play
A plan buys features, not a better rating. We never sell score changes or review removals, and we say so out loud.
Verification in the open
Each store shows how many of its reviews are verified, and every review carries the tier it earned. Nothing is hidden behind an overall score.
